Gold Plan Rules & Regulations under “Iran’s Consumption Pattern Enhancement Plan”. These regulations will be in effect for our Gold Plan customers. Please keep in mind, these rules and regulations are based on Iran’s Consumption Pattern Enhancement Plan. Q: Why should I obey the Gold Plan Regulations? A: Our goal for presenting these rules is to impress and satisfy all of our customers. We offer a standard high quality communication service which in some cases is offered as “SHARED Services”. To be more efficient, this sharing level has become very minimal (to only %5 usage) keeping all of our customers happy. Unfortunately, in the past we had experienced some downtime through miss-uses of a few of our Gold Plan customers. These rules are our first priority to prevent unnecessary long calls and promote call quality among all customers and will increase our capability in regards to our customer satisfaction in order to exceed their expectations. As a responsible company, VIP-CONNECT is in business to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and that is why we are asking for your help to follow these Rules & Regulations. Q: What will happen if I don’t follow your Terms & Conditions? A: Although our preference is that our terms & conditions to be followed at all times, but there are times when they will be overlooked once or twice in a while. As long as it is not done routinely (and not considered abusive), we will not penalize the account but in case of system abuse, necessary action(s) will be taken by VIP-Connect to stop the abuse. In case we determine that the volume of your calls is above the average, one of our sales representatives will contact you and offer you to set you up with our “BUSINESS GOLD PLAN” package. This plan is based on Iran’s Consumption Pattern Enhancement Plan guidelines, and if you still refuse this package, VIP-CONNECT will have no choice but to terminate your contract in respect to other customer’s rights. The cancellation procedure will take place as outlined in our contract “Terms and Conditions” in conjunction of customer rights detailed and agreed upon in your contract. In any case, if the volume of your calls is average or below average, you have nothing to worry about since you are not abusing your contract terms, and you can enjoy our service on a regular basis.
